Cinema Event Curation
Complete coordination of double features, triple features, and movie marathons of all genres and time lengths. All logistical aspects would be covered: rights clearance of all titles, DCP creation and/or distribution, social media promotion, social media guest interaction, promotional material creation, and data retention (comscore information, box office figures, etc.). Event hosting would also absolutely be possible, both in person and virtually.
Film Festival Curation
Complete coordination of film festivals of all themes, genres, and durations. All logistical aspects would be covered: rights clearance of all titles, DCP creation and/or distribution, social media promotion, social media guest interaction, booking of special guests, promotional material creation, and data retention (comscore information, box office figures, etc.). Festival hosting would also absolutely be possible, both in person and virtually.
Open Air Cinema Creation
Complete coordination of open air cinema shows ranging in length from one day to two weeks. All open air equipment inclusive (medium or large screen, high quality projector, high quality sound system) and all logistical aspects would be covered: travel to and from your location, set up and break down of all equipment, rights clearance of all titles, social media promotion, social media guest interaction, any relevant local permit clearances, promotional material creation, and data retention (audience volume, audience feedback, etc.).
Live & Movie Concert Organization
Complete coordination of concert shows, both with live acts and pre-recorded concert films. If conducted outdoors or indoors at a spacious venue as a concert film, all open air equipment inclusive (medium or large screen, high quality projector, high quality sound system) and in both cases (live act or pre-recorded concert film) the following logistical aspects would be covered: travel to and from your location with talent, social media promotion, social media guest interaction, promotional material creation, and set up and break down of all equipment if conducted outdoors or indoors at a spacious venue as a concert film.
Virtual Cinema Event and Festival Curation
Complete coordination of virtual single screenings, double features, triple features, and film festivals and/or movie marathons of all genres and time lengths. A virtual cinema platform would be provided to you, and all logistical aspects would be covered: technical coordination of the show (back end preparation, responsibility for real time streaming for entire show, etc.), virtual rights clearance of all titles, social media promotion, social media guest interaction, promotional material creation, and data retention (audience volume, audience feedback, etc.). Virtual event hosting would also absolutely be possible.
DCP Creation & Distribution
We fully understand how cinemas often become overwhelmed with tasks such as coordinating everything that goes with DCPs, and we can help ease that pressure for you. All logistical aspects to fit your specific needs would be covered: DCP ordering, DCP creation, DCP distribution, communication/coordination with third party DCP distributors such as Gofilex and MovieTransit, and physical DCP shipping internationally.

Like can often be the case with DCPs, film booking can become an increasingly difficult and/or time consuming task that we can help alleviate for you. All logistical aspects to fit your specific needs would be covered: communication with any and all distributors, DCP ordering, rights discovery of rare hard to find titles/distributors, rights clearance, comscore details, film programming, and more.
